You Are Your Thoughts

Here's to Your Health

I sounds simple, but how profound. As a friend and I discuss this recently, she noted, "How could I have created this life with my thoughts"? "I am contemplating divorce, my health is poor, I am losing my home to foreclosure".. and the list went on. That's my point exactly! Listen to your self talk. All of those "I am" are very powerful, and take on a life of their own. If you want to begin co-creating a different life with God, then start with your self-talk, check how many times during the course of the day what comes after " I am....".

This is not magic, so don't expect your life to do a 180 degree in an instant. Most experts say, it is not that we are not doing the right things to change our lives, it is not doing the right things long enough. This is a process, it will take time, because you are in a state of becoming  - to being aware. Something to help with to open this consciousness is meditation, I like to say, that it is giving the mind a rest. We are bombarded with so much information coming at us at such a fast paste, it is hard to sift out what is relevant and what is not. So meditating allows us to get into a quiet position, clearing the mind so that we can become more aware.

Here are some suggestions for replacing the negative self-talk -

I am excited
I am forgive
I am love
I am a healer
I am living my purpose
I am filled with joy
I am healthy
I am wealthy

I trust that this will create a spark, to take you on a journey in creating the life for you.

Be Blessed
